Your consumption profile may be aggregated to refine the recommendations and to ensure availability of the appropriate supply solutions on an ongoing basis. We do not publicise any personal identification or information.
  • Payment Information: We ask for your financial data such as card information or bank details when you subscribe to any premium or paid services including recommendation reports from us. This is however processed directly by our safe and trusted payment partner and we do not store any of it at our end.

• Account Management: The information you provide during the sign-up process or by filling in the profile helps us maintain and administer your account. This account helps you keep a track of all your utility bill and energy consumption information as well as various green power solutions and recommendations.
• Communication: Personal information you provide helps us get in touch with you. This can be of various nature – to revert in case of any inquiry or information you seek from us, inform about any important information concerning your account and recommendations, seeking feedback for using our services, communicating important product or policy updates etc.

• Energy, Power or EAC Suppliers: On the basis of your uploaded and customised data, we provide you recommended solutions for procurement of green power and / or environmental attribute certificates (EACs). Once you seek execution of a transaction, we may pass on the relevant information to our trading partners or energy, power or EAC suppliers on a need-by-need basis to execute the required transaction.
• • With Advertisers: We also work with certain advertisers to help run this website. Information, as registered in marketing cookies is used for tracking and is shared with these advertisers for displaying ads that are relevant and engaging for the individual user.
• Payment Partners: While executing a transaction with us, we have payment partners in place who help us complete your transaction.
